The 2 Hour RoyalTea Party includes:

  • Private use of the Royal Party Room for nine (9)  guests (additional people $25 each with a max of 28 for a formal, seated Tea Seating style party.)

  • Vintage, Fancy and Top Hats can be chosen in our Royal Gown Room for everyone to wear.

  • Some adult Princess Dresses and costume items are also available. Lots of photo-op fun!

  • Gorgeous Table Settings with elegant Bone China Tea Cups, Plates, Lace Linens, Silver Candelabra and Beautiful Centerpieces

  • TV screens for special video or photo presentations (bring your own thumb-drive).

  • An optional  "Stage Area" for presentations or to feature the Guest(s) of Honor.

  • Large Buffet area for gifts, guest book or your other items.

  •  A Fanciful, Delicious "High Tea" served on Tiered Tea Towers with a custom menu of your choosing including:

Add-ons:

  • Gluten free scones, soups​ & salads are available for a separate fee. (Sandwiches & desserts not available GF).

  • Menu variations such as Vegetarian or due to food allergies may available for a fee.

​

  • Parties of  15 or more guests, an additional staff member may be required at a charge of $40.00.

​

  • While RoyalTea does not provide alcohol, $25 will be charged should you choose to bring/serve your own wine or champagne and stemware will be provided. All party guests must be 21 or older if alcohol is served

  • There will be a $50 fee  for date and/or time change.

​

Please let us know the  number of guests expected to attend.

We know that you may not be able to pin-point the exact

number at time of booking. We'll need your 

head-count 7 days prior to the event 

 This party is priced for UP TO 9 guests; fewer guests attending will not change the price. You may decrease the number of your party up until 72 hours prior to their reservation after which time you will be charged for your full headcount.

Dress-Up Princess Tea Party

The most amazing, unforgettable birthday party for

little princesses and their family and friends!

We'll take care of everything - you just come,

have fun and take lots of memorable photos.  

:The 90 Minute Princess Party includes

  • The Fairy Godmother who will turn all the guests into royal princesses and royal knights.

  • Exclusive use of the Royal Party & Gown Rooms for 8 children, including honored guest, (additional children $20 each with a max of 15 kids).

  • Parents/Adults - AKA The Royal Courtiers - can be present  up to a maximum of 25 people total. 

  • Gorgeous Table Settings where  each guest gets to use an Elegant China Tea Cup and set with Lace Linens, Silver Candelabra and Beautiful Centerpieces

  • Included Activities:

    • A visit to our Magical Royal Gown Room where we have:  Gorgeous Princess Dress, Royal Knights Costumes and Fancy Hats (including top hots), scarves and boas for the Royal Couriers so everyone can dress for the party!

    • A Fun, Themed Craft (tiara) to create and take home.

    • A mini etiquette lesson.

    • A Royal Processional Fashion Show and Crowning of the Birthday Princess.

    • A Royal Ball/Dance Time.

    • Gift opening time.

  • A Fanciful, Delicious High Tea served on Three Tiered Tea Towers including:  â€‹
